Hi, I'm Suman
8X Failed Startup Founder. Eight lessons each. I'm a Software Engineer in Kathmandu currently building HairOver, my 9th shot, in public, all the way to $1M MRR. I write down everything I learn so you can skip the parts that hurt.
About
I almost didn't make it through COVID-19. When I did, I stopped waiting for permission. In 2023 I started shipping software while still finishing my degree: college in the mornings, client work through the day, learning until 2 AM. No connections, no safety net. Just a laptop in Kathmandu and the belief that one person with code can build something that matters.
I built in public on LinkedIn and Twitter, and every experiment opened the next door: engineering roles, leading projects, working with startups, then co-founding them. Eight of those startups didn't work. Each one taught me something a job never could.
Today I'm Lead Frontend Engineer at DMCLounge AI, and I spend everything else on HairOver, my shot at a $1M MRR company, documenting every win and mistake so other builders can move faster. Start with my guides or grab a free tool.
